The unexpected death of Roger Parker, our Director of Music, has left the people of St Mark's stunned.
However, the choir is determined that things continue and so choir practice is held most Thursdays at 7.30pm.
Though without a regular organist at present, Geoff Gratton, Derek Hartwell and Ken Ellis have kindly
offered their services so all main services are covered for the time being. We are also grateful to Esther Vernon and Val Gibbons
for playing the piano at short notice.
To sum up, every effort will be made to maintain the fine musical tradition at St Mark's. If you wish to know more, please
telephone David Ince on 01623 644325.
